Hi All,
Selling my Model 3 with the Auber-WS (dual probe). One of the probes is permanently mounted.
It includes the matching cart, cover, cold smoker plate, smoker box, chip screen, liquid box and drip tray.
Smoker and PID in excellent shape.
Used it for several years but I haven't used it in a while now and it's just taking up space.
Asking $750 for everything
