So… I bought a case of lamb loins from Sam’s Club.  They aren’t something I can cut into chops without a saw — the connecting part of the spine is still there, whatever that’s called.  All the recipes I’ve seen call for chops or for some non-loin cut.  I’ve been boning them or slow cooking them, but I’d rather smoke them. Has anybody here smoked them?
