Here is our "Little Guy" bolted to a stainless, NSF rated table on wheels. It offers a work area on the right side of the smoker. The Auber WiFi Controller has a reserved area on the left of the smoker. The table has a shelf for supplies below the table top. I am really enjoying this forum and the Model 1 learning experience. So far, I've completed two tri-tips, and two pork shoulders (bone in). The first attempt of each meat type came out above avg compared to years of using a Weber Smokey Joe
