Baby back ribs at 235 with Auber ... how much time with the no peak method?

Trying 235F for first time.

I cannot seem to find a post fellas that tells me how long with this temp using an Auber.

Sorry if it's already out there in a thread.

Everything I've seen here is about 5 hrs no peek, gonna try it tomorrow..

225 no look was 5.5.

Suspect you correct 235 is 5 hours.

I just smoked 2 racks of ribs at 235 and left them in for 5 hours and 45 minutes and they were a bit over done. I would stick with 5 hours for the perfect rib.

I have done 5.5 and 5.25 hours. Wrapped for an hour. Both were great trying 5 hours next time.

Make sure you let them rest.

At 235, I check at 5:00, and have seldom gone longer than 5:15 for 3 racks.
