Rookie Smoker - Need Guidance for BB Ribs

For me in the #2, I just cut off a bone or two off of the thin end so I have mostly full racks, then put the pieces on the top.  You can actually get slightly more ribs in by cutting them in half and doing a parquet pattern (one in the left-back corner going left right, one in the back right going front back...) but for 3 racks, that's not necessary.
 
The ribs look great, Booray!  Just forget about internal temp on ribs - no way you can get a good reading with so much bone and so little meat.  You'll develop your "feel" in no time, and you'll just know when they're right!
