Permanent Probe Problems

I sent Steve an e-mail to see how I can get it serviced.

Well, Steve instructed me to send my Auber directly to Suyi at Auber Instruments. They are not getting it to replicate my problem. However, they did say that a couple of times when they powered it up, it read a temperature over 100 degrees. That was one of the symptoms that I experienced of scrolling temperatures or an -H- on the left window with probe 1 plugged in. And to recap, I've used 3 different probes and at one time or another had the same results. When the Auber works, there is nothing better but when it doesn't, it is flat out frustrating and unreliable. I'm hoping for a rebuild from Auber at a minimum so that I don't have to keep mailing my unit back and forth at $25 a trip.
