this is even easy by lazyQ standards
i bought a couple point cut corned beefs
soaked them in plain water over night
put some pickling spices including the pack that comes with the corned beef in the blender to grind it up
coated the meat
put a little brown sugar on top
smoked to 180 with 5 ounces of cherry wood
wrapped it in foil till it cooled off enough to go in the fridge an hour or 2
heaven
several years ago i bought a professional deli slicer from a places that was going out of business, one of the best purchases i've ever made
sliced that meat paper thin after a night in the fridge
