Wife just ordered me the #2 for Fathers day! ( Shes a keeper)
Been a charcoal guy for a while but was looking for an easier set it and forget it. All my research lead me this way. Looking forward for the arrival of the new smoker.

Nick, now you are ready to throw some meat in there! That aroma will definitely smell better than the wood and oil aroma from the seasoning smoke.  :D

Great appetizer!  :P
Can't argue with that LOL . Nick you should consider purchasing the cart for your smoker down the road and just curious where in West Mich is your location .

I have 2 carts and im debating on which to mount the #2 to.  Im thinking the staneless with the butcher block as it had 4 heavt duty wheels as oppose to the other butcher block i have down in the man cave. Ill just have to find a thread on the correct bolt size.  Im not to far from Muskegon Lake.  With a name like offshore ginger do you work on boats or oil rigs?
