Hello, my name is Dave from Iowa and I just bought my first smoker, #2D, and seasoned it last night.  Looking forward to trying it out this weekend with a pork loin following DM's brine that I saw on the forum.  (Minus the curing salt as I can't find it anywhere but Amazon)
 
Loin turned out great.  I do have some extra cleanup though as I forgot to foil the smoke box and floor.
