My #1 is on the way, for delivery tomorrow...

Success!  Ribs and sausage, homemade rub overnight, 2 oz hickory, 5 hours at 225, mini-loaf pan with Blvd Wheat Beer.  I opened the door only once at about the 4 hour mark, because there was no more exhaust out the blow hole, not even visible humidity.  I thought maybe the loaf pan was empty and things might be cooking dry.  No way, pan was fuller than it started out.  Clean up was pretty easy too.  Wife and daughters say we have a new standing dinner engagement every Saturday night for the forseeable future.  I concur.

Came in late yesterday. What a little tank  Will season it this afternoon. Then the smoking will begin.

If you have any questions there are several on here with lots of experience. I've only had mine a few weeks and loving it.
