I’ve had my #2 for about 6 or so years now , never had a bad cook, thought about getting an Auber just to play around with, but after 3 smokes with it , chicken, rib eye steak, ribs, I really like it it holds the temperature really great, set at 225- went to 233 then down to 225-226, great before it might go to 260 or so and stay until I saw it and adjust down then down to 210 or so, but still everything turned out great.but this is much better also will shut down after temp. Or time and hold temp. That I setup, still playing around with it put so far really like it
