Leftover Brisket Burgers

I mentioned this in another thread...  Being snowed in, I decided to make some today.  Feel free to ask any questions you may have.

Thanks Bob!  They sure were good.  It was a struggle to make it through one burger...  There's a lot going on there.
 
Here's the quick and dirty on the burgers...  1lb ground beef.  1/2 lb sausage.  1/2 lb leftover brisket in small cubes.  2 eggs,  1/4 cup home made BBQ sauce.  2 TBSP home made pork rub. Two minced garlic cloves. Parsley. 1/2 sweet onion browned.

Everything else should be self explanatory.
