Thanks for the welcome everyone. Making it to the meat market is gonna be a cinch, i'm a meat cutter at a local publix. Started the seasoning out a bit later than anticipated, doing that now though. Looking forward to smelling the wood smoke soon.

The whole chicken, and BI thighs I did came out great, 1 chunk hickory, and 1 chunk cherrywood. Was planning on doing ribs for football this Sunday, the hurricane may have other plans for that though.
