Just arrived

Hello all. I just got off the phone with Steve and got all my questions answered.  Ended up ordering a #3.  I'm excited and now just have to wait to get it and see how to use it.  I'll be asking lots of questions and reading  a ton.
Got it delivered today and am getting it seasoned this evening. Planning on ribs this weekend for my first smoke... Can't wait.

Hey Jeff, congrats on the #3 and welcome from Kansas City. You will really enjoy your new smoker, I know I like mine. The best thing about the #3 is the depth space you have. Will be able to do whole briskets and full slab of ribs without having to cut them into. You can always smoke less in a large smoker but cannot smoke large cuts in a small space.
