im new to the forum. i love trying new recipes. i have a BBQ wagon and seel top notch BBQ. i love brisket and sell about 150# a day (that im open. thur. fri. sat). i use an ole hickory smoker(have three of them) and love them. i like to keep my menu simple, four meats and four sides. look forward to sharing ideas and recipes.

Welcome smokedog. We like first names here at the forum; more family like. Any idea which model smoker you might buy?  Just curious.
