Oh, I didn't know about the new website. Looks a lot nicer. I see the recipes link at the bottom of the home page goes to the recipes section of the forum (The "recipes" link under the "For Customer" at the top still goes to the old recipes on the site). It's probably good to get people to the forum, but I think if I clicked on a "recipes" link from a website, I would want just recipes, without having to sort through all of our banter, not that our banter isn't fascinating. 
A few little bugs here and there. Under "For the Customer" the "Friends of Smokin-It" goes to the shipping time map. The "New Products" link doesn't seem to go anywhere. And the Thanksgiving "deals" link just goes to the smokers page. It's not clear if there are any "deals" or not. Didn't try clicking on much, just a few things. Some of the information in the videos is pretty outdated. I'm just speaking for the #1, since that's the model I own. And the one video where the smoker is dripping all over the cement kind of bugs me. Must be before the sliding drip pan. Hope that doesn't turn some people off, thinking its going to make a mess. I think the videos are very important though. It's part of what sold me on the smoker. I searched all over for videos on the Smokin-It. They could probably be updated though, since there have been many improvements to the smokers since the videos were done.

Kari, the website is 6 months work, and just went live. They know about the errors, and are working to correct them. Thank you, though, for checking it out so thoroughly! I've passed your suggestions on to Steve!
