Hello from Texas

I am real new to the Forum in fact I don't have my smoker yet, in the process or ordering. This will not be for a business, just as a hobby since I am going to be fully retired in 2025 looking for something to get involved in down here in Southern Maryland. Looking forward to getting some great tips from all you out there that have been doing this already.

Hello old sarge, Yes I am leaning toward the Pro Series 4D WiFi go big or go home. Wife thinks it’s a crazy move especially since I am not starting a business it’s just a hobby so why do I need such an expensive smoker well when I ordered my grinder I went with the series #8 and wish I had gotten the #12 so don’t want to be sorry if I get something I don’t want just to save money so that’s what is happening in my neck of the woods
 
I did it, ordered my smoker, cover, racks, propane torch and getting the Bella Generator free since ordering during Sausage Month with Two Guys and a Cooler's Season 5 Sausage Making during the month of October. I am like a little kid at Christmas😊:giggle::giggle::giggle::giggle:
