Hello,
New to smoking, just seasoning my #2D WiFi this afternoon. Been grilling for decades, first on charcoal Webers, then on propane Webers, now on a natural gas Twin Eagles grill (getting older, tired of lugging charcoal, then propane tanks).
Thank you to the folks that run this and folks that post to it. Reading through a lot of this is what sold me on the Smokin-It equipment.
Looking forward to smoking for the family!

Welcome to the forum.  You'll enjoy the 2D.  Go easy on the wood (4 oz to start) your first smoke to get a feel for how much smoke you get for such small amounts of wood.
