Hmm...CobraQ? We may be on to something! I once ate a gopher snake that a hawk dropped, during survival training in the USAF. Boy, was that hawk pissed when we grabbed it! No seasoning, and tough as rubber, but sure was good! Snake definitely needs the low and slow treatment! I'm sure brine wouldn't hurt, either! LOL!
