Well guys....the first smoke with the new to me Fireboard technology is under way! And I am fascinated by this! lol It seemed a bit overwhelming at first but it is basically plug and play...so far there has only been 7/10ths of a degree temperature variation between my PC monitor,I-Phone app. and the Fireboard monitor its self...thats pretty good!....there are 6 channels with this unit...No.5 is the meatloaf channel...lol...I will name the others appropriately as I smoke more things in the No.1...the butt channel....ect...though I am not new to smoking I wanted to get my feet wet with something easy and I ran out of time today...besides my wife makes a mean comfort food meatloaf! A little hickory to top it off! The outcome is forth coming!
