Cooking for a large group

Congrats on your successful Large scale smoke! I am sure it was quite rewarding to have so many happy diners. I smoked pork butts for my son's confirmation (30+).

My guess is that you will be even more impressed with your leftovers. For some reason, the smoke flavor really permeates and equalizers in leftovers, which is why I always smoke at least two butts when I smoke to make sure that I have plenty of leftovers.
