For lunch I had some leftover Canadian Bacon with Tillamook Cheddar Cheese on Rye with smoked beans!

I paired my smoked, Easter ham with some of my smoked cheddar today for a sandwich and it was most tasty.  Double smoke sandwich!

Really good, I decided to freeze 1/3 and was nice and gave my neighbors 3/4 lb.

I took some to work yesterday, and gave my boss some (ham fanatic).  I'm pretty sure I'm in for a big raise, or promotion! ;D ;D
