Can I change PID temp on the fly?

Hi,
Wanted to change the temperature a few times mid smoking, can I change it without restarting controller and start it at the Desired temp?
Got brisket in mine and would like to lower mine just a tad without restarting it.

I have the stand alone auber, the answer is yes.  You can change the oven temp etc on the fly.  I make my changes and then cycle all the way through the (6)settings and return to "1" when I make my changes.

It didn't mention that I have to step through all the presets to save it.
