Camper & Boat Garage Progress Report

Shop/garage project took on some real progress today with the roof getting framed out.  The roof frames were assembled on the ground and winched into place.  Contractor said that project should be done by mid next week.

Nice to see a township or city that doesn't limit height!  Or 30 foot setbacks:)

24" wide X 36" deep pier footings.  I had to observe a 21' set back on the street side and a 10' set back on the back fence side.  I was hoping to encroach a little on the back fence set back and got waivers from 5 out of 6 utility companies.  The 6th said they would probably never run anything there but wouldn't give me the waiver.  :P

Ive been wanting another boat but vowed not to buy one until I had a place big enough to store it at home so I know how much your going to enjoy having it.
