Biggest cheese smoke to date

This is it Ralph, now the waiting period begins.  Cheeses this round were Cheddar, Colby, Mozz., Pepper Jack and Provolone.

Arnie, with the insulation value of our smokers, I'd imagine you treating it like an old time refrigerator. A couple of 10 lbs blocks plus the ice pans.
 
Limey's (Roger fl keys) idea of a "Smoke Daddy Big Kahuna" smoke generate looks like a solution for warm weather folks.
