I have read great things about this product, especially on beef, and just ordered some.
First of the 23 ingredients is salt, and that makes me wonder if I have to be real careful how much I use, so my meat does not come out too salty, especially on a steak vs a brisket or roast.
Do they make a reduced sodium version, or it it not necessary? Anyone here familiar with Jim Baldridge's Secret Seasoning?
