I`m new to this forum, so this question may have been already answered. What is the procedure for resetting the high temperature alarm higher than the 290* setting? In the past I have set my C-1 program to 325* for browning the skin of a large turkey until the next program drops it down to 170* when the internal probe (inside the turkey) shows 140*. By then the turkey is a golden brown the way I like it. The program then resumes to hold the box temperature at 170* until the internal probe senses 170* and the program reads "END". This has worked fine until recently when I began getting the blinking "AH" alarm and my box temperature would no longer go to 325* in the first part of the program.
