3.5D High Temp Alarm

My 3.5D is a little over two years old now and has worked perfectly until a few months ago when it started throwing a "high temp" alarm, with an internal box reading of over 700 degrees. I ordered a new probe for the box and have the same problem. I took it apart again and messed with the relay - all wires look good and undamaged, but I noticed when I turn the unit on, the light on the relay doesn't come on. Anyone know if this light is supposed to light, or if the relay could be the culprit of the high temp alarm?

Thanks
Sam

You might try setting the controller back to factory settings. The link below is to Auber and may have supplemental instructions that you will find helpful. Contact Steve for assistance if no one here can help.

Thanks Sarge. I tried a factory reset before and after the probe. Hopefully Steve has some solutions other than replacing the controller.
