Wiggly Plug

The main power plug on my Auber is very loose and Divot mentioned something in another thread about the tabs on the back of the plug being spread.  I've removed the back of the Auber to get access to the plug but now need some more guidance on whether the tabs should be disconnected from the plug body.

Not sure what you mean about the tabs disconnected, Dave.  Can you take a picture of it?

I got a better light on it and I think they just over cut the hole.  The tips of the wings on the plug tabs don't begin to have enough reach to be solid.

You might take a heat gun to the tabs, and bend them out a little more.  Or, maybe use some thin shims on either side of the hole under the tabs.  Just an idea...
