Whole chicken

Didn't have time to brine as this was a short notice idea. Beer can chicken using pumpkin ale, cherry wood, 250 for about 4 hours. Delicious and plenty of leftovers.

Looks good, but what happened to the top?  Looks like you chopped it off flat! lol!  I'm sure it's just the pic.

Ha! It danced right in my belly! Must've been a wierd camera angle making the top look flat. Tasted great though even if it does look like it's ready to do the chicken dance
