After many years of smoking on my Louisiana Pellet Smoker, it died (don't tell my wife I had a big smile on my face) I stepped up and ordered a Smokin-it #2 with Jerky Drier.  I think It might make it here by Christmas.

Been wanting one of these, but could never justify having both.

Now it's just a waiting game. :)

I think you have a very good chance of it making it by Christmas. Heck, depending on where you live, I would think there would be a chance that you could have it by this weekend.

Coyoteflatz.

Congrats and wise choice.  I got the same one about three weeks.  After 2 years of researching and returning one electric smoker, I pulled the trigger.

They are built like a tank.....you will be pleased.    Customer support....Steve is outstanding......

Best of luck, buddy.

Congrats Coyote!  Great choice.  You'll love the ease of the #2.  Pellet grills are great, in their own right, but this is a dedicated smoker, and the best tool in the shed for producing some fine Lazy Q! 8)

Thanks, guys.  It ships tomorrow, the 17th, and has to go half the way across the country, and with the Christmas rush... Well it might make it, but I won't be put off if is doesn't.

Just really looking forward to getting used to it.

Don

It arrived yesterday, but to late to season...so after getting last minute Christmas stuff done the seasoning is on!

The next phase in my continuing lessons with smoking-it..

Cheers everyone and Merry Christmas.

Well it just did a good belch and our poor little Yorkie pup just jumped 5 time his current height.  :D

Just a quick note...  Seasoning went really well, not one puff of smoke from around the door.
This thing is tight as a tick!    ;D
