trying to reply to PM but getting 403 Forbidden error

A couple members have been so kind as to send me personal messages as to not bore others on board with my specifics, but I keep getting error. I do not want them to feel that they are giving me their valuable time and that I am ignoring them. What am I doing wrong?

You don't have permission to access this resource.

Additionally, a 403 Forbidden error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.

Hi all!

I have been researching and believe that the issue is based on our hosting providers servers.  I have talked with the provider multiple times and have not had any luck.  I will continue to work with them and if it does not come to a resolution, I may have to change providers.  Please be patient and know that we are actively working on this issue.
