  Ambient temp about 28.  Supposed to be down to 10 overnight.  Should be a good test of the number 2 with this 11 pounder.  I'm estimating about 14 hours....Hope I'm close.

Looking good!  What's that thermometer?  How do you like it?

Thermometer is thermopro tp06.  http://www.amazon.com/ThermoPro-TP-06-Digital-Roasting-Thermometer/dp/B014DAVX8K    Seems to be an ok therm for $25.00.  Only negative is the absence of an on/off switch.  Battery removal is quite simple.
