Three course meal at once??

I have read a lot of posts with delicious sounding recipes for appetizers, side dishes.  I have stood by the "golden rule" of never opening the door until the meat I'm smoking reaches the correct temp.  My question is can all three dishes be done at once for a full meal?  Seems like the answer would be no since opening the door during smoking is a no-no.

I love to do jalapenos, mac & cheese and a pork butt at the same time.
 
I would keep any opening up the box to a mimimum.  However, i will quickly open to remove something if doing a smoke like you indicated or to sauce ribs.  It may prolong your smoke briefly.  Be prepared & plan accordingly.
 
Libo - I was going to stuff them.  I have a recipe that I use for our camping group that I cook in the oven and wanted to try them in the smoker.
 
I recently prepared a three coarse meal with ribs, beans, and whole potatoes and it turned out excellent.  The only word of caution is that opening the smoker at 4 hours into the smoke to stir the beans increased the cook time on the ribs.  I went 5.5 hours at 235 and the ribs still had not completely cooked.  The ribs I used were baby back ribs which weighed about 3 pounds each and I did 3 racks.
