Made one of these kits with leftover smoked chicken.  WOW, a punch and a nice kick with some veggies and onion.


Though I did find these kits at a discount store for $0.50 per box it might be worth a look if you like Thai food.

Best yet I have tried without going out for Thai food or trying it at home mixing all the spices.

Well done and not the mass market sauce in the jar crap.

Will have to look into this.  We have an entire cabinet devoted to strictly Asian and other Eastern cooking chock full of all sorts of ingredients.  Thanks for the link.
