Hey guys! I'm about 3 hours into my second smoke and have a question relating to the temperature dial on the #3. I need to set the dial about 25 degrees lower to get desired temprature when I factor in the cycle swings. Anybody else notice this? Is there a way to adjust the dial to more accurately reflect the temperature?

P.S. You will always have temp swings on these babies, but it does not affect the end result.
