Results...was it good? It was OK. Would I do it again? I doubt it.
The ribs I did on the lower rack were really tasty though with the Famous Daves rub on them.
Meat was tender and Juicy. Smoke the leftover loin as it all wouldnt fit. It definitly lost the taste and tenderness test compare to the pineapple loin.Durangosmoker said:How was the texture of the meat?
