I have to say, this was one of the tastiest batches of ribs I've made in a while! Very meaty, tender and moist, and really flavorful. Also forgot how good Byron's Butt Rub is!
Tony, in your tutorial above you're smokin em at 235 and here at 225, do you have a preference?
I'm gonna smoke some Monday and I sure other inquiring would like to know
