Stole the show at church today

Went out this AM at 6 to double smoke a ham, even though Wichita got 3 inches of snow last night. It came smoked in maple, I finished it up with cherry. Anyway, I got numerous compliments. One lady had 4 slices! I am only sharing this with you in that this is so easy to do and the two times I have done it I got great results.

+1 as easy as it gets!

This years remarks were, its not as smokey as last year.

I think I used hickory vs sugar maple this year.

Still a super hit!

+ bone for soup!

how long do you smoke a pre-cooked ham?  just follow internal temp guidelines?

Time depends on the size of the ham.  Since it's already cooked, going to 140 is fine.
