Still cooking

Did my first cook with the newly installed 800w element, did an eight lb butt overnite, worked as expected, no problems, took 11hrs at 225 to reach IT of 205, let it sit wrapped in a cooler for 5hrs, great pulled pork. The ol' #2 aint let me down yet!!

Way to go, Joe!!  Overnighters are the best!  You can also save a little time on butts by pulling them anywhere in the low-mid 190s.  They are plenty done at no more than 195, and very easy to pull after a rest.
