St Louis Ribs -3 Flavors one smoke

Friend asked me to smoke some ribs tomorrow cause he has family visiting from out of state. We have an Aldis Supermarket and they had fresh St Louis Ribs for $1.99# .
I decided to mix it up and do 3 racks BBQ dry rub, 1 rack Jamaican Jerk, and one Chinese Ribs (Char Sui the sweet red one's). Should be an interesting Smoke. :

Got me some Aldis Super Bowl Ribs on the #1 now, it's about the 7th time I've done the Aldis, turned out great every time so far. Generous coating of Famous Daves, half dry, the other half will be  drenched in Head Country Hot ( best stock out a the bottle sauce ) I've ever had.

Sounds like a plan.  Seems like Aldi's is a popular supermarket.  I have heard of it but they have not moved into AZ yet.  In Jan 2018 it was reported that they planned on 30 stores; so far nothing.
