Camping ribs we're perfect.  Thinking about starting two pork buttstock tonight. Smoker working overtime.

I plan on doing the same thing this summer. After many years of towing the camper 90% of the time to the same campground I finally was able to get into a seasonal spot, so I won't have to tow the camper all the time.

I plan on being out at the lake pretty much every weekend barring bad weather and plan on bringing the smoker quite a bit.

I have been hard at work building a deck (25' x 16') for the past couple of weekends, so haven't actually been able to relax very much out there, but that is coming.

Hopefully no flames, but I actually bought a pretty basic side-by-side stick burner for the lake. So, may try my hand at some stick burning. But, the primary use will be for charcoal grilling. I still plan on bring the trusty #3 out for most of the smoking.
