Smoker Box Burnt's Pork

Ok, I'll fess up...............When cleaning up the SI after a pork smoke, I catch myself "snacking" on the burnt / char pieces on the top of the wood box (drippings).  Peel up great off the foil!


I cant be the only one!!!!!  Extra recipe if I keep those for a day or three?
