I have searched the group before posting..

Looking to smoke salmon today.

What is the pre program for F1 & F2? All the others show temps.

I recommend you call Steve or send an email.  All I could find in the instructions is that F1 is pre-named for fish; F2 for pork.  No temps, no times.  It is here that you can store your recipes (temp, time) for later recall.  If I have missed the mark in reading your question, definitely communicate with Steve.
