We smoked burgers this weekend. The burger is a mixture of Chuck, Brisket and Sirloin about 1/3 of a pound. I
smoked with 1 oz of Cherry wood at 275 for about 45 minish. Just a hint of smoke, not over powering at all. I topped
it with onion straws and a BBQ mayo burger sauce.. I did sear the meat on my cast iron skillet because I was too
lazy to light the BGE. It was super good! My husband loved it!!! The onion straws to burger meat is a bit off
