Smoked Bologna second edition

Second try at this.  Not sure pork is necessarily the right topic for bologna but I'm going with it anyway.  If you haven't tried this you're missing out

This is about 2.5 lbs. Scored it with diagonal pattern all around it. Mustard then pork rub. Smoked at 225 for 2 hours with 2.5 oz of hickory. Basted with bbq sauce apple juice mixture then back in for an hour. I'll slice it about 1/4" thick and grill it to brown it up a little and melt some cheese on it. Then put it on a sandwich with creamy horseradish sauce. Doesnt get much better.
