Slow Cooking a pork tenderloin today

Too darn cold outside, too much snow as well.  Car is in the garage and more snow on the ground. I have to use the slow cooker.  I need some pulled pork today.

Here is the recipe:

3.5 lb pork tenderloin (trimmed of excess fat)
One chopped onion
Two chopped carrots
One can of root beer
Meathead's Memphis Dust (used water as the binder).

Slow cook for 8 hours on low.  Pulled pork at 435pm est.

I have done this recipe a lot and this was the beginning to my smoking career (LOL!)

I will post some pictures of the finished product later today.

Here is the finished product:
The meat was very tender. No a bad replacement for the real thing.
