sliced pork butt

Got a couple butts about 9 lbs each to celebrate the fourth and I want to slice one of them instead of pulling. Anyone do that on a regular basis that could offer some advice on how to slice a butt? I know I know with a knife dummy!

Dale, prep the butt the same as you do for pulled pork, but take it out at 175.  Rest it, and slice from one end to the other. ;)
 
I love sliced butts, Dale.  They make pork sammies almost as good as my favorite (for sandwiches), the good ol' pork loin!
