I iamimdoc New member Sep 23, 2020 #5 I find that 225 for 5->5 1/2 hours works well depending on how much chew you want. Amazing Ribs Memphis dust rub works well Spritz with Apple juice and Apple cider Vinegar at about 2.5 hours and 4 hours or so
