Names Joe just wanted to say hi , I just purchased my model #2 due in tomorrow I did a lot of research before I made the decision this is my first electric smoker I was going to get model #3 but it's only me kid's are grown & gone I'm looking forward to do a lot of reading & learning & hopefully contribute in the future.
